Oh whoa are the many who love Fox TV. And oh whoa are the many who get their cable TV via Time Warner. Hey wait a minute, isn’t Fox 7 broadcast via the airwaves in Austin? Oh, I guess digital TV did away with our TV’s actually receiving TV, unless we’ve upgraded recently. What, for American Idol? Geesh.

Don’t let these TV networks hold your TV hostage. Together, we just might make a difference in what America pays for TV.” What do you think? Do we care what TWC pays for network programming? Or should we let them take it off TWC. I’m with that satelite company now, but I’m none to happy with them either.

If the level or tier of HSD Service to which I subscribe has a specified limit on the amount of bytes that I can use in a given billing cycle, I also agree that TWC may use technical means, including but not limited to suspending or reducing the speed of my HSD Service, to ensure compliance with these limits, and that TWC or ISP may move me to a higher tier of HSD Service (which may result in higher monthly charges) or impose other charges and fees if my use exceeds these limits.

It explains Time Warner Cable still believes their Cap ‘n Tier formula is the “fairest” and will reimpose limits “once customers gauge how much bandwidth they actually consume.” Time Warner Cable has gotten bolder in sending the message the very unpopular billing system they attempted to test in several cities around the country will be back, whether customers like it or not.
