2. The RFP states the use of a HUB vendor for a portion of the work.
3. The Open model is great for development but not so great for delivering on-time solutions.

We feel that improving the feel and functionality of the site is vital to our continuing efforts to improve services to our customers and residents. It’s important that whatever solution we choose is sustainable, supportable and affordable for the city and its taxpayers. With new leadership in both Communications and Technology Management (CTM) and Communications and Public Information (CPIO) we felt it necessary to take a step back and evaluate our direction to ensure that these goals can be achieved.
